MARKETING LEADER - BERNER SERVICES

What will you do?

• You manage the  Benelux service portfolio, Pricing, communication and promo support, customer targeting  and prioritization in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales teams
• You implement the group Service strategy in the Benelux, including required local adaptations
• You gain customer insights on service usage, improvement areas and positioning against competitive solutions e.g. customer visits
• You follow up the existing services, monitor successes and adjust where possible and/or needed
• You create Marketing assets to promote our services
• You conduct market research to find white spots in the market
• You align and share survey results with our International Service Team and Segment Management
• You act as a sparring partner for our Marketing & Sales teams
• You test and implement new services in collaboration with our Benelux Sales teams
• You initiate improvement measures based on analytical insights with Marketing Analytics, Regional  Life-Cycle Management
• You report to the Marketing Director Benelux

What makes you qualified for the job ?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a major in Marketing
• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing of added value services, brands, products or consultative selling in B2B
• You have a positive personality, customer centric, eager in target achievement
• You are a good listener, communicator and team player
• You are proactive, unbiased and flexible
• You have strong presentation skills and a commercial drive
• You have an excellent knowledge of  Dutch, French and English
