Marketing Service Expert Benelux

What will you do?

• You put the ‘Service strategy’ Benelux into action, including required local adaptations
• Optimization of the service processes with the local Service Lead
• You gain customer insights on service usage, improvement areas and positioning against competitive solutions, for example customer visits
• Creating Marketing assets to promote the Berner services
• You conduct market research to find white spots in the market. And you align and share survey results with the International Service Team and Segment Management
• Providing feedback on local value proposition and support initiatives and projects. You initiate improvements based on analytical insights with Marketing Analytics, Regional Life-Cycle Management
• Testing and implementing new services, you also train and promote both new and existing services the Sales people
• You act as a sparring partner for the Marketing & Sales Teams. And you report directly to the Marketing Director Benelux

What makes you qualified for the job ?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally Marketing related, or equivalent through professional marketing experience
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or consultative selling
• Good communication and presentation skills, and you are able to translate the Berner product features to the market
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English both written and orally
• You can identify yourself with the Berner values: B.Brave, B.Hungry, B.Connected, B.Responsible, B.Real and B.Proud
